Atlanta Home Concierge - Residential, Corporate & Lifestyle Services

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Atlanta Home Concierge (“AHC”, “we”, “us”) provides home and lifestyle services in the Atlanta metro area and beyond. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our client portal, the tools our service professionals use, our workplace programs (such as AHC AHC Return Concierge), and any mobile apps we release.

At a glance

  • We collect the information needed to schedule, deliver, and bill the services you request — and nothing more.
  • We do not sell personal information. Ever.
  • Card and bank details go directly to our payment processors (Stripe, Plaid); they are not stored on our servers.
  • Service professionals share their device location only at clock-in and clock-out, to confirm presence at the job site.
  • Employers in our workplace programs see usage numbers, never the contents of an individual employee’s request.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email us any time to access or delete your information.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request services, create an account, apply to work with us, or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, phone number, service address, service preferences and notes, messages, and photos you attach to a request. If you join a workplace program we also collect your employer’s name and the details of each request (for example, the store, destination, and package count of a return). Service professionals additionally provide work history, certifications, tax forms, and payout details, and sign agreements through our e-signature provider.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe and bank verification by Plaid. Your card number and online banking credentials go directly to them and are never stored on AHC servers. We keep records of charges, invoices, and payouts.

Information collected automatically. Basic device and usage information (browser type, pages visited), sign-in cookies that keep you logged in to the portal, and click counts on links we send. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our site.

Information created while delivering services. Service records and timestamps, photos taken to document work (for example, a photo of a received package and of its drop-off receipt in AHC Return Concierge), and notes from our team.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • schedule, deliver, and manage the services you request;
  • match the right service professional to each job;
  • process payments, invoices, and professional payouts;
  • send confirmations, receipts, proof of completion, and other service messages;
  • verify that work happened where and when it should;
  • respond to questions and provide support;
  • improve our services and plan capacity;
  • meet legal, tax, and safety obligations.

We send marketing only where permitted, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Location information

Two kinds of location data exist in our platform, and both are limited to a clear purpose. Client service addresses are converted to map coordinates so we can route professionals and confirm on-site presence. Service professionals share their device’s precise location only at the moment of clock-in and clock-out, which we compare against the job address to verify attendance. We do not track anyone’s location continuously or in the background.

4. Communications, email and SMS

We send transactional messages — confirmations, status updates, receipts — by email, text message (SMS or WhatsApp), in-app notification, and web push, depending on what you have set up. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Marketing email always carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out of marketing never affects service messages you still need (such as a receipt).

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

  • With the people delivering your service — the assigned professional sees the details needed to do the job: name, address, schedule, and instructions.
  • With service providers working for us — companies that process data on our behalf under contract: Google (Firebase hosting, database, authentication, push notifications; Maps geocoding), Stripe (payments), Plaid (bank verification), Twilio (text messages), SendGrid (email), Zoho Sign (e-signatures), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), and Anthropic (the AI assistant on our website).
  • When the law requires it — to comply with legal process or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • In a business transfer — if AHC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer with the business, under this policy’s protections.

6. Workplace programs (AHC @ Work)

When your employer hosts an AHC program at your workplace (such as AHC Return Concierge), your relationship is with AHC, not with your employer. You pay AHC directly for the services you use. Your employer receives only aggregate program information — how many people used the service, how many requests were completed — never the contents, details, or receipts of an individual employee’s request. We photograph packages at drop-off and keep proof of completion so that both you and AHC have a record of custody.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes — tax and accounting records, signed agreements, payment history, and dispute resolution. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access inside AHC is role-based: our team members see only what their role requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat protecting your information as part of the service.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy of it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, state law (such as California’s) may give you additional rights, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights — we honor these for everyone, regardless of state. To make a request, use the contact details in section 14. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time the law allows.

10. Account and data deletion

To delete your account and personal information, email hello@atlantahomeconcierge.com from the address on your account, or call us. We will close the account, delete personal information, and keep only what the law requires us to retain (for example, tax records), which we stop using for any other purpose. When our mobile app is available, the same deletion request will be available from within the app.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our accounts are limited to people 18 or older. Where a service involves a client’s children (such as childcare), the information is provided and controlled by the parent or guardian.

12. Where information is processed

We are based in Atlanta, Georgia, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For material changes we will notify you — by email or through the portal — before the change takes effect.
